What is the country of origin of your products?

All our products are handmade with love in India.

Do you test on animals?

No, our products are not tested on animals.

Do you use synthetic colours and fragrances?

We do not use any synthetic fragrances in our products. Some of our products do contain FDA approved food grade colours.

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM IST (Monday to Friday). You can place orders on our website 24/7, even outside business hours. 

Do you have a physical store?

We are exclusively available online at the moment.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We typically ship orders within 5-7 business days. Post shipping, delivery time varies from region to region. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package's progress.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we ship within India only.

What are the payment methods you offer?

We offer all prepaid payment options such as UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and net banking.

What if I receive a damaged or broken product?

While we pack all our orders with utmost care, we understand that mishandling can occur during transit. Therefore, we request you to make an unboxing video once you receive your package.

In case you have received a damaged or broken product, kindly share the video with us via email at support@earthy-affair.com. We'll assess the situation and do our best to resolve your concerns.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we're committed to addressing any concerns that you may have. Please write to us at support@earthy-affair.com. We'll do our best to resolve your concerns.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I've placed it?

You can cancel/modify your order by emailing us at support@earthy-affair.com within 24 hours of placing the order*. A small cancellation fee will be charged for the same.

How can I track an order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your order directly on the courier company's website.
