Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We usually ship all orders within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order. This excludes transit time from the logistics partner.
  2. Once we ship the order, you will receive an email with your tracking details, which you can use to track your package.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. You can cancel your order by emailing us at support@earthy-affair.com
     within 24 hours of placing the order. A cancellation fee of Rs. 100 will be deducted during the refund process.
  2. Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. On the rare occasion where we cancel your order due to non-availability of stock, you will be notified via email and the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  4. Orders cannot be modified once placed. You can only cancel and then place a new order.

RETURN POLICY

  1. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once a product is sold; this includes-
  • Damages caused by negligence or incorrect application of product
  • Allergies/skin reactions, or dislikes of fragrance/colour (as seasonal harvest can result in slight variations)
  1. Exceptions apply to receipt of damaged/unusable products, wrong items shipped, or lost-in-transit situations. We will replace such orders promptly.
  2. As soon as the shipment is received, customers are requested to make an unboxing video.
  3. Any complaint has to be raised within 48 hours of receipt of the product along with an unboxing video (Mandatory for exchange/refund).
